What to Expect from Your Sleep Consultation

       Schedule a free consultation with a professional sleep coach by selecting an appointment time.

       During your introductory chat, you’ll describe your sleep challenges and learn how sleep coaching can help you.

       Once you decide to move forward with a sleep coach, you’ll receive an intake form to complete.

       When you’ve filled out the form, you will have an in-person or remote initial consultation with your sleep coach.

       Your sleep coach will use all information obtained from your form and initial consultation to develop a personalized sleep plan.

       You'll then take incremental steps toward better sleep over the following weeks with support, guidance and regular check-ins from your sleep coach.
