Frequently asked questions

How long does the Sleep Retreat take?

The Sleep Retreat would take you six weeks to complete if you followed the default pace. But you may wish to take it a bit slower (which is perfectly fine), so perhaps it would take you 10 weeks. The key is to keep moving through it and to stick relatively close to the recommended pace.

Does it include live coaching? 

If you upgrade to the Upgraded Retreat option, you will be able to participate in weekly live Office Hours. During these group sessions, you are welcome to ask questions, share wins, discuss your experiences during your journey, or whatever else helps you at the moment.

You can also upgrade to the All-Inclusive Retreat to add three (3) 30-minute one-on-one Milestone Sessions, where you will work directly with a sleep coach.
