I was tired of lying in bed and staring at the ceiling, and of being drained of energy most days. Something needed to change.

For more than 15 years, I struggled with having trouble falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night, or waking up far too early in the morning.

I refused to waste any more time feeling tired and frustrated.

I earned three adult sleep coach certifications, learning effective methods for helping people overcome sleep challenges. Then I used my knowledge to overcome insomnia.

Creating Sleepably is my way to pass on the gift of healthy, restorative sleep to you or your children. I know your frustration, fatigue and anxiety, and I know you can change things if you work with a dedicated partner.

As a registered pediatric nurse, I'm typically a great problem-solver. But dealing with my child's sleep issues was one tough problem.

My first child left me exhausted for the first two years of his life. He woke frequently through the night, was ready to party at 5 a.m. every day, and refused to sleep in his crib for the longest time.

I knew I wanted a second child, but I did not want to deal with that exhaustion again.

I became a certified pediatric sleep consultant and was able to help my next child sleep well as a baby and now as a toddler. That extra sleep has benefited the entire family!

Now I use my experience as a 10-year registered pediatric nurse and certified pediatric sleep consultant to help other families.

I love working with families to give them the knowledge and support to improve their child's sleep. My reward is seeing parents and their kids light up when they discover the joy of a full night of sleep.

I didn't know where to turn when my daughter wouldn't sleep. Now, I want other parents to have the calming influence and knowledge that I did not.

I'm a mother of four, so I wasn't new to how children sleep. But my youngest child really put me to the test.

We endured countless rough nights where I used every ounce of patience and energy to try to help her sleep.

These challenging nights went on for a couple of years until my daughter finally began to sleep more normally, but it took a toll on the family.

I don't want others to have to go through that, so I became a certified pediatric sleep consultant. I combine those skills with my 15 years of experience as a registered pediatric nurse to help families rest easier.

I believe in creating a highly personalized experience for clients because each child and family is unique. My goal is for families to walk away from our sleep training feeling rested and educated on the steps for improved sleep for their treasured baby or child.

Hello! My name is Kira and I am a pediatric Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience, most of which has been spent in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) caring for sick infants. In my role as a pediatric sleep consultant with Sleepably, I am excited to help families establish healthy sleep habits for their babies and improve the overall well-being of the entire family.

I have a personal understanding of the challenges that come with helping babies sleep well, as I have two young sons who struggled with sleep in the first few years of their lives. I wish I had known then what I know now about how to support their sleep! As a nurse and sleep specialist, I am eager to use my knowledge and experience to help families transform their babies' sleep habits.
