Hospital Sleep Wellness Program

Revitalize your healthcare teams with better sleep while boosting engagement, retention, and resilience.

Your hospital can't afford an epidemic of sleep-deprived healthcare workers

In healthcare, your staff is your most valuable asset. Yet, at least 45% of healthcare workers struggle with getting enough sleep. High stress, physical demands, and long hours lead to serious problems such as:

burnout and fatigue

Tired staff are more likely to feel burned out, reducing their ability to provide high-quality care. This burnout can also lead to high turnover rates, substance abuse, and emotional exhaustion.

poor morale & engagement

When staff don’t get enough rest, job satisfaction drops. Tired teams find it harder to stay motivated and maintain a positive work environment, leading to conflicts, reduced psychological safety, and more sick days.

high turnover rates

Underslept staff members are more likely to leave their jobs or quit the healthcare profession altogether. High turnover disrupts teams and raises the costs of finding and training new employees.

lower quality of care

When healthcare workers don’t get enough sleep, they’re more likely to make mistakes and have lower moods. These consequences can directly affect safety and experience for your hospital's patients.

Looking to provide your hospital staff with an engaging, effective sleep wellness program?

Why general wellness initiatives aren’t enough for sleep health

As someone who prioritizes hospital employee wellness, you understand better than anyone how important sleep is to your staff. Yet, finding effective, sustainable sleep-improvement solutions can be a challenge.

Perhaps you've tried:

  • General hospital employee wellness programs that only provide surface-level knowledge about sleep without actionable strategies to create lasting change.
  • Challenges that reward points for logging a certain number of sleep hours but fail to teach practical methods for improving sleep quality.
  • One-time presentations about sleep health that offer basic advice but lack follow-up support to encourage real behavioral change.
  • Pre-recorded content that educates on healthy sleep habits but lacks the personalized, interactive engagement needed to motivate staff.

While these initiatives might raise awareness about the importance of sleep, they often lack the depth and engagement needed to drive real, lasting improvements.

To truly enhance staff well-being and patient care, you need a solution that goes beyond surface-level education and creates sustainable change.

Optimize hospital performance and staff well-being with better sleep

Help every member of your hospital staff achieve healthier, easier sleep

When it comes to improving your staff's sleep wellness, generic solutions just won’t do.

Your healthcare workers deserve a program that combines expert guidance with practical, actionable strategies that motivate and educate them to achieve better sleep and perform at their best.

Our Hospital Sleep Wellness Program goes beyond traditional wellness efforts by combining science-backed strategies with engaging content that resonates with healthcare workers.

Here’s how we help your hospital's staff make real, sustainable sleep improvements:

  • Tailored to healthcare needs: We provide practical sleep improvement strategies that accommodate shift work, family life outside of work, and high-stress situations, ensuring that all staff, from clinical to non-clinical, benefit equally.
  • Interactive and engaging sessions: Unlike pre-recorded content or one-time presentations, our program offers live, interactive sessions led by sleep and wellness experts. These sessions feature a dynamic learning environment, encouraging participation and making it easier for staff to apply learnings to their daily routines.
  • Focus on whole-family sleep: We focus on the sleep of both hospital staff and their families because when one family member struggles with sleep, it affects the entire household. By integrating adult and pediatric sleep expertise, we ensure that your entire workforce — and their loved ones — have the knowledge and support needed to achieve healthier, more restorative sleep.
  • Continuous education: Sleep improvement is a journey, not a one-time event. Our program includes year-round education and follow-up sessions, providing your team with the resources and encouragement needed to maintain healthy sleep habits long-term.
  • Evidence-based and measurable outcomes: Our program is grounded in the latest sleep science research and evidence-based practices. We provide reporting to track progress and measure the impact on staff well-being, so you can see the tangible benefits.

Shared experience from a program participant

Anonymous hospital sleep program participant

I was able attend 3 out of the 4 sessions and gained some valuable tips from Seth — in particular, his approach to the night shift workers. He provided scenarios of night workers going to bed right after their shift and those who practiced “after work” activities. Both scenarios can work for a good rest due to the tips and timelines he provided. In general, sticking to a regular sleep pattern even during your time off is important. I hope to hear more from Seth after I try some of his tips on a better sleep routine.
